THIS IS FOR YOU
so i took this management midterm yesterday and did horribly thanks to my inability to focus... the worst part is feeling like you could have done better and that everything was riding on this one eensy bitty detail. argh! anyhoo, four down, 2 midterm to go. i took this week's absence of midterms to dabble in some art... had to go with something fast, easy, refreshing... so i chose watercolor. i did a small rendition of our the main room in tints of blue. maybe if i get better i'll progress to multiple colors or just multiple types of blue. my whole inspiration was the watercolor portrait artist at the farmers market. wow. i've found that messy is better- creates more for the eye when doing blank walls, etc... gautam took this picture... i can't believe this is the first time i've gotten a breather from exams and all i can think about is catching up and getting ahead. i need to do well... there is too much to accomplish... i also really need a job. phooey. interview season has passed so i have to really search out there.... if anyone has any artwork or poetry they'd like to share, let me know! lene_on_me@yahoo.com
on another note, natalie found out that hoobastank will be playing at usc's homecoming for free and I REALLY WANT TO GO! -this thursday if anybody's interested.... doo doo doo. i am so jealous, my little sister ingha won tickets to go meet them at this sat's concert in palo alto. JEALOUS grrrrr, but happy. :) ok, i shall return from this perilous journey and into the light i go!
