venice beach
so today shani took me and beticia to venice... we had a blast just eating those mini donuts and checking out the cool and interesting stuff on sale... there was this one store where i talked to the lady about how she was from hong kong and she had visited nepal and bali, etc... i want to go back, but i need to save up first.. i wanted to buy all this belly dancer stuff from india like cool chainish belts and scarves and a metal chain bra top!!! at one shop i bought my lil sis ingha a tiny cute, portable drum... i also bought three hackey sacks for my cousin francis... he's been looking for some cool juggling balls and these are the closest so far... he's trying to teach me and so far i can only get three, but not totally continuously... :D later on we had dinner at izzy's and that stupid waitress was staring at me again.... dang! i hate that! anyhoo, i thought about the potato pancakes (mmmMMmmmm apples sauce and sour cream!), but shani wanted to split, so pastrami sandwich and chocolate shake all the way!!! afterwards i took them to the apratment to play TABOO!!! and that was the highlight of my day... minh got this deluxe version of scrabble and i've been dying to play, but i'm not sure when because no one else seems into it! someday... >:) someday... hehehehe... excellent.
