wireless networking questions
does anyone know if it is worth it to get 802.11g over 802.11b? i know the former is about 5 times faster and is it ok to use them with just dsl?
also, what brands are better? i like linksys and maybe netgear, but i'm not too sure about dlink or belkin.. .any opinions? i'm kinda leaning towards linksys 802.11g with a usb adapter so i could go from desktop to laptop if need be... anyways, any sort of feedback would be great. even if it was feedback about "baby got back" or supers (zophobias) or legolas. :)
i'm going to try to make a page with a little bit about my throughts of ny and some pictures (that may seem boring to you... cathedrals and paintings...) i'll update soon...

so we dropped off ingha to la ::sniff sniff:: and i had a great weekend.. when i finally got back home i woke up scared by amelia's eyes staring at me... she's so sweet!!! i hope she knows i love her so much.. she always calls to see if i want something and thinks of me when she's getting food or whatever... me and ingha got her a really cool birthday present which i gave to her early... under certain circumstances.... i also gave ingha's present early (i think i did good with those two...) ingha liked her lifesize legolas stand up poster that she didn't want to open it or bring it to her new apartment. that girl! now back to the job hunt!
rowena's not feeling so well
for anyone who knows her, send her a get well message! :) i'm sure she'll appreciate it. her kids aren't feeling so hot either... those cutie patooties!
pet talk
my mom dislikes lizards so much she actually offered to let me keep a dog in the house.. wow... that was my dream pet for sooo long... but the deal is to give churro away... i dont' know if i can.. i love him so much now.. he's so cute when he sleeps... he is kind of high maintenance.. special salads... variety of insects.... (i've done crickets, mealworms, superworms... i have yet to try silkworms or butterworms..), but oh i adore him so.. i just have to file his nails every once in awhiles... i'll try to post more pictures... it's better to feed live insects so i have to figure out a cost effective way.. my mom gets easily grossed out by insects too..... (me = arachnophobian) but crickets and worms, etc.. i can handle.. literally. :)
