i need to capture it even if it's only in a painting.. 6:30 everyday the scenery i see every morning is so breathtakingly beautiful. the sky is immense in a deep, dark pastel cover of purple and blues with a thin illuminating crest of warm flavors to outline the border of rolling hills.. the dark hillsides hide secrets amongst sparse, thin trees and very strangely.. a satellite sits on the raised horizon like a throne to technology. to my right lies the san andreas fault in which a reservoir sits blanketed by a rich, low, heavy, floating river of fog. sometimes if i'm lucky the river will cut across my path and i will drive through it like a scene from big fish. today was very special as i could note the end tail of the river... suspended as if the air was a thick, clear gel medium, the fog seemed so ethereal and majestic... not just tiny droplets of water suspended in air molecules controlled by the wind and temperature, but magical, secret ridden whispers of softness, my own neverending lord of the rings tale...
