tomorrow is supposed to be my off day but it looks like i might be working a bunch of them for a few weeks.. no complaints here though, i need the vacation time. so wed, i met the running group at work.. looks like i'm in for a corporate meet down in los gatos high this sat. we're doing relays.. i somehow got the impression that i'm the only one under 40.. hhehehe, we'll see about that.. relays are so fun! i have a baton which i really like... (the feel, the weight, the blue color) but it's signed by a few people.. ato boldon and maurice greene.. le sigh.. anyhow.. can't say i totally agree with their.. attitudes all the time, but what the hey! i love track! wed i actually drove out to west valley college.. they have a blue all weather track.... i think i ran there once.. i swear i've been on a blue track... but it could have been a dream.. i do this to myself a lot. it was like running on ze vater. hahhaha. umm, yeah. katsu and i got boba later and played hella foosball. i'm pretty good at defending, but not shooting.... hmmm
today i had a busy day at work. has anyone every had a mgr story where they thought they liked them, but then they got screwed over? just wondering.. i really like mines, but this one guy's story sorta got me scared.. i dunno.. so far so good. "sidekick" is waiting for her clearance so she's helping out until then. i'm certain she gets paid loads b/c she used to work here, yet she still pawns off all her work. i'd like to shove my fist up her no neck face, that little brat. i'm not used to this so called professional world where "senior" people belittle and embarass people and argue and get soo selfish. i dunno.. i was so frustrated i stormed off after "sidekick" tried to give me the minutes task and had to vent to my mgr.. who was extremely understanding..
anyhoo, does this happen to anyone? everywhere i go it seems a streetlight goes out. reminds me of some marvel character.... oh well.. am i just overly observant? last night the lighting was only about 4 miles away and it felt like it hit closer... it was so bright and my living room was rumbling pretty strong.. coulda sworn the giant that lives up the beanstalk tripped and fell on his face.... anyhow, in the russian words of signourey weaver in the movie heartbreakers... "much loveness..."
