some weird things happened today
i always hear about mapquest directions being crap, but this time i got really lost. try looking up 642 emerson, palo alto and use those directions to get there. that's the palo alto buca di beppo. anyhow, it took me an hour and fifteen minutes to get somewhere that should have taken me 15 minutes. and it wasn't rush hour traffic time. argh. i was really frustrated but the wonderful company made me forget all that stress. they saved me food from the guys. :) and someone made jello/ cool whip angel food cake with a barbie stuck in the middle of it. it was mike's birthday! the only problem was his team was ranked #1 and they were beat out by the #3 team. really really really good game though.
other good news was i got a nice mini rose plant and a tray of cupcakes from someone i helped out at work. she was trying to model her central system like ours and i was just guiding... awww..
oh yeah! sex and the city is on tbs, i think T and W at 10 and 11....
hmmm, nothing really new. ;)
oh yeah. gene is a dork.
