Wow.. I went to the A's vs Boston Red sox game on wednesday with artem, a grip of lm people and isiah and nana!!! (wena's kids) 5 year old yes. 3 year old no. got them the dollar dogs and cotton candy.
Thursday in softball, we (alleycats) lost to TBD.. how do they hit the ball so freakin far so consistently? 13-19... afterwards i went to the improc in san jose where we saw a ventriloquist do his act. he was on comedy central a few times and totally made me laugh. he had an old man puppet and a muppet he called peanut. he also had a new puppet... jalapeno on a stick. don't ask.. it was weird. he also made some crack about filipino on a stick.. interesting... after that i hung out across the street at tres gringos.. um, no.
friday i picked up steven reiley and drove to manresa where we went camping.. (yay!) it was really sunny that day... i learned about digging up sandcrabs and feeding them to birds while the guys played football and 13... played a lot of catch that day too... why is that so fun? Sat was damp and foggy.. not as fun. we played texas for money and i only got 3rd out of 6.. boo.. we were playing 1-2 ($20-10) we played the night before and i won, but we weren't playing for $... boo. and one of the persons i knocked out was drunk. hehehehe...
sat night half of us left early and i found myself at suite 181 in the tenderloin.. bad area. nice club. it was really diverse, the inside felt like a ny club and downstairs they played hiphop.. i'd say the only bad thing was it was soooooo hot!!!!
nothing else really new.. went to ug, work on monday... played regular pick up monday bball.. did a lot of nothing.. made a shot.. did a lot of nothing.. packed a guy on a breakaway.. did a lot more of nothing.. the end. barely touched the ball son of a b. oh well.. i did join the campbell rec league for women (lower int). we'll see how that goes. :)
