congrats huck and southy
Congratulations Naomi (huckleberry) and David (southy)!!!they just tied the knot today in a very simple, very elegant, very intimate wedding in seal beach. i just can't believe it. i know she and i just recently made up, but i've known her for so long and we know eachother's strengths and weaknesses... we just know eachother. so this is the 4th wedding i've been to this year, but i think this is the first i actually cried at. i tried to keep it in, but it's really hard... i know that this is what she wants.. i've felt that in her for a long time now and it just seems to all be coming together. she's such a mom type too, i wonder how many kids... i saw the old crew, pretty much just the roommies. i know she wanted to include more people, but i'm guessing money might have been a major factor... everyone looked stunning today too. i caught a ride with vin (blaze) and swan and caught a ride with some ucla athletes on the way back to westwood, a pole vaulter and a water polo player.

(this next story's for you berto b/c it's "entertaining") so the guys are kinda cool, not really my type. the vaulter invites me to go out tonight with a group of them.. i mention a few things i like to do.. get beer and dance... what else is there to do.. so the water polo player's like "well there's boning after"... so i'm like "iiiii don't know about that. " i might go out with that group since it looks like everyone's busy tonight.. we'll see. i want to go out with jonathan, but he's too busy and all.. i'll just have to settle to have a little fun.
last night we went to roscoe's! i love love love it. i'll have pics soon of the wedding and me and mama ella. hahahaha. love. speaking of love.. the last place i want to eat (besides guppy's ice creations) is the curry house in sawtelle.. they have this awesome steak curry and this milk tea with coffee jelly that i really love... love. hahahaa.
about my final in physics on wednesday.. i loved it. i mean i hate tests, but thinking about physics is cool. the hardest problem was a spring attached to a block on an incline that had friction that ran through a pulley attached to another free hanging block. given the initial speed we were supposed to find the maximum displacement (aka) when Vi=0 hehehe. i hope i did well. i wish this stuff came easier to me, but i have to work at it... just to get to levels that others understand so easily. sooo jealous.
yesterday my sister ingha and i ran amuck through westwood. japanese green tea latte with green tea jelly at boba world (now called east west sandwiches), bebe, victoria's secret, coffee bean and tea leaf, the 3.99 store, rite aid, nikki's beauty supply and i might be missing a few stores but whatever. OMG, there's a view askew comic store here... i was SOOO excited. took lotsa pics and bought myself an autographed toy of jay. we got free hair clips at the bearty store b/c the lady likes us. she was the owner and her daughter's going to ucla next year. hahaha actually speaking of random... i took a cab from the airport to ucla instead of the shuttle with a woman that is a tv producer for univision. she was really cool, we talked about lotsa stuff.. the only problem is that the taxi driver took a detour and dropped her off first so she gave me a $20 when the ride ended up being $51 but the driver liked me so much he wouldn't let me pay tip. i did give him one of the candy leis i made for ingha's graduation. :)
i made ingha a graduation basket b/c i won't be able to attend.. i planned the rafting trip that weekend, boo on me! i included sweet wine, 3 candy leis and one lei made of our favorite indonesian ginseng coffee!, a bag of her favorite trader joe's dark chocolate pretzels, and a gift certificate to starbucks and one to borders (for continuing education;)
nuff said for now.. just stuff going on in my life.. peace!

You just haaaaad to use the Unicult names, huh. Are you gonna still be callin people "Chumbawumba" and "Slinky" when you guys are all like, 40? Cause that's just a little scary. Thanks for the name drop though, I always love that. I'm workin on that name stamp. See ya soon, girlie.
