AWESOME
been working out a lot more lately... running, weights at 24 hour fitness, basketball..i'm so excited, i've started running at an 8 minute mile pace (speed 7.5 on the treadmill, hahah) i've got to get out more, but it's hard with work.
i'll run for 15 minutes as a warm up, stretch, run 20 minutes with 5 of the minutes being increasing in incline (1.0 for a minute, 2.0 for a minute... so on)
then i'll lift for an hour.
so far so good... :)
